LaGrange Commons is a single-family gated residential development in unincorporated Shelby County, Tennessee, and is part of an area known as Cordova. The neighborhood, started in 2007 and completed construction by builder Leader Five Star Homes and developer Reaves-Yearwood, contains 120 home sites.

Asphalt Paving

CPAC Asphalt Paving will be on-site at LaGrange Commons beginning Thursday, July 28, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. to start Phase (1) of our paving project. Phase (1) will include LaGrange Grove Dr. and LaGrange Crest Way. Please view the map above of the area trimmed in red If it does not rain, Phase (1) should be completed no later than Tuesday, August 2, 2022. CPAC Paving will have orange cones in the area and enough workforce to help navigate traffic. However, on Monday and Tuesday of next week roads on LaGrange Crest Way and LaGrange Grove Dr. will be one-way traffic (seal coating). Again, workers from CPAC will be on-site to help direct traffic. We will complete Phase (2) of our project in 2023. Also, on Thursday, July 28, 2022, OUTDOOR LIGHTING CONCEPTS, LLC will be on-site from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. to install lighting around the Front Entrance of Raleigh LaGrange. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this work may cause.
